this evening 3
as most know, i am not a fan of roses. the new house has a ton of them! this one was staring at me, and i really like the folds in the petals. the buds of this rose bush hint that the flower may have more orange, but once it opens, not much at all. =( at least it smells good!
set up the patio furniture a bit differently on the raised patio. here's a new view!

this is addie's gift to me (mom) for mother's day. we celebrated this today at her school at a 'mother/daughter tea'. she painted the pot, and picked out the flowers. her card to me (which they read aloud) said that, "my mom's name is terri, she likes to wear dresses and earrings, she likes to clean, and i love it when she plays with me"! too cute! it was a really sweet morning!

...she really was pointing and saying "BELLA" (which comes out "LELLA" with lots of emphasis on the L's)

although she was running a slight fever, has ear infection AND sinus infection, inara still dances!
